The law firm of Graham W. Syfert, Esq., P.A. is open 24 hours a day for emergency services. The main office number, 904-383-7448, is equipped for accepting voicemail which is automatically transcribed and e-mailed to Mr. Syfert.

The office number also accepts texting. Although Mr. Syfert might not be able to get in touch with you immediately, he will do his best to ensure that your needs are met as promptly as required, or as soon as possible in the case of emergencies.

Emergencies include:

Arrests within the past 24 hours.
Violation of domestic violence injunctions (Please call 911 before contacting me).
Major changes in circumstance which would have an impact on an immediately scheduled hearing.
Severe circumstances which impact your ability to have food, clothing, or shelter (garnishment, attachment, unlawful eviction (i.e., changing locks), freezing of bank accounts)
Major changes in life circumstance for Estate Planning clients. (i.e., serious illness, death, marriage, etc.)

Some issues cannot be handled immediately, and must wait until the next morning. Rest assured that in the case of an emergency, what needs to be done will be done.

WHENEVER POSSIBLE, USE E-MAIL. Mr. Syfert persistantly checks and replies to his e-mail. If he does not get back to you within 24 hours, your question or issue requires more consideration and/or research.

All client and prospective calls will be answered when Mr. Syfert is available to answer them, and priority of calls will be given due consideration.
